Perfect service is our “signature”. We believe that it is very important for a doctor – to have technical support from the manufacturer always, even on weekends and holidays. The service is based in Kharkov. But in Kiev there is a qualified representative, who has been working for our company for 15 years.

Nowadays it is not so easy to invest in development, but we are well aware that without upgrading the devices there will be no development. This is the most expensive item in the company’s budget – financing new developments, but we live in a dynamic time, and it dictates its rules. We try to follow them. Therefore, we constantly improve our equipment: we improve software and hardware, electrode systems of all equipment that we produce, we develop new devices that respond to modern trends in medicine.

Our philosophy and our team

The most important thing we have is our team. We have a friendly team with traditions and principles. There are several philosophical or ideological postulates to which we adhere. One of the main ones is the best choice in all situations – “win-win-win”.

We believe that with all the variety of situations with partners, dealers, users and even competitors, there is always a solution where two parties win. This applies to everything, including the financial part. This approach to all issues is time-tested, proved to be effective and allows us to form a very effective relationship with everyone with whom we communicate in the processes of our activities.

Actually our team is a team of like-minded people. The main and important goal is to help people by producing the equipment they need. But outside of work there are also common interests in life – we love nature and sport, it`s a trendy to go in gym. We run in any weather and spend weekends in the woods. There are also extreme hobbies – winter mountain hiking and swimming in the ice-hole. Plus guitar, songs, theatrical miniatures during the holidays and as a result – a good productive mood!

Throughout our activity we are constantly in the process of developing a quality management system for our products. Our production has ISO (13485:2016) certificate. All devices comply with the requirements of the technical regulations for Medical Devices.

Products of “DX-SYSTEMS” LLC are produced under personal brand of each line of devices.

All electroencephalographs are branded as BRAINTEST.

All Electromyographs are produced under M-TEST brand.
